Boulo is recruiting for an experienced Account Manager/Client Executive for our client, a boutique technology services company in Alpharetta, GA. The company is a growing, well-respected, highly collaborative, and quality-driven organization.

This opportunity offers an existing account base of long-term, direct client relationships that the Account Manager/Client Executive will be responsible for growing. The Account Manager/Client Executive will leverage a consultative, relationship-driven approach to grow the company's footprint in existing accounts while also prospecting new business.

Employment type: Full-time
Flexibility: Hybrid
Pay: $80,000 – $105,000 base per year plus commissions

Responsibilities of the Account Manager/Client Executive position:

  • Expanding the company's footprint in several key accounts while exponentially growing your book of business.
  • Being a strategic partner to C-suite clients and become enterprise clients’ go-to partner for technology talent solutions, thought leadership, and market intelligence
  • Leading in-depth discovery meetings and demonstrating a deep interest in understanding our client’s challenges; identifying value and driving solutions that will build long-term customer engagements.
  • Bringing new ideas, making recommendations, and developing growth strategies to lay the groundwork for this exciting next step in the company’s growth.
  • Continually building a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Developing strong relationships with consultants for consultant care and lead generation.
  • Being a brand ambassador and helping drive the company’s vision, goals, and strategies.

Requirements for the Account Manager/Client Executive position:

  • Strong experience within the IT staffing, recruiting, and/or consulting domain in a similar role (Business Development, Account Manager, Client Executive etc).
  • Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter is preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise-level accounts (Fortune 50 – Fortune 500)
  • Experience generating new business development though effective prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Consultative mindset and demonstrated expertise to a solution-based approach to selling.
  • Relationship-first approach to developing rapport and gaining trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and involvement in the Atlanta technology community; Keeps up with market trends, attends networking events, and has established relationships in the local community.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, take independent initiative, and also work in a highly collaborative manner with management and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions.
  • Alignment with the company's core values and culture.
