IN-OFFICE | TEMPORARY

Boulo is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist with project accounting experience for a short-term temporary assignment. The position is with a construction consulting firm in the midtown Atlanta, GA area. This position is onsite and will be a 3-4 week assignment with flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week. There is also the possibility of the assignment being extended into additional projects..

Pay: $25-$28 per hour

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist position

Thorough knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, QB Desktop Contractor, and at least one construction accounting software such as Sage 100, Foundation, Spectrum, etc.
Working knowledge of the construction industry.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
