REMOTE | PART-TIME, 1099
Boulo Solutions is partnering with a client in the commercial kitchen hood cleaning and exhaust services business in Utah looking to hire a remote Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join their team to collect unpaid invoices. If you are comfortable asking clients for payments, have excellent communication skills and self-motivated this could be a good fit for you!
Employment type: 1099
Flexibility: 100% remote, (2-3 hours per day M-F)
Pay: $18-20 per hour (quarterly bonus for hitting AR days outstanding target)
The company is one of the largest commercial kitchen hood cleaning and exhaust services businesses in Utah. Our technicians are licensed by the state of Utah to perform inspections and cleaning/maintenance services for commercial kitchen hoods, ventilation duct work and exhaust fans. We serve a number of industry verticals including: fast-food and restaurants, hotels and hospitality, corporate offices, senior living facilities and hospitals, colleges and universities and government buildings.
Responsibilities:
• Calling customers to obtain payments
• Posting customer payments by recording checks, and credit card transactions
• Updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Maintaining records of invoices, debits, and credits
• Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history
• Keeping organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
• Handling customer disputes in regard to payments or invoicing
• Handling all Liens and documentation of such records
• Reporting monthly statements
Qualifications:
• Understanding of QuickBooks preferred
• Accounts Receivable/Collections experience preferred
