Boulo Solutions is sourcing candidates for a fast growing personal injury law firm that is in need of a full-time Bookkeeper Assistant who is a self-starter, a great communicator, and performs well with minimal supervision in Birmingham, AL.

Pay: $40,000 – $43,000 
Benefits: BCBS health package options and dental insurance, 401K with 4% match. and 1 week PTO after three months, 2 weeks on one year anniversary and 4 weeks on 6 year and 9 Paid Holidays, Free Parking

Prestigious law firm is in need of a full-time Bookkeeper Assistant with at least 1 year of QuickBooks experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, has good organization and time management skills, is trustworthy, a good communicator, and performs well with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of Bookkeeper Assistant:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Client Relations, Vendor relations, and various other bookkeeping-related tasks.

Requirements of Bookkeeper Assistant: 
At least two years’ bookkeeping experience, strong PC skills, have good verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with firm personnel at all levels with a high degree of professionalism, have good written communication skills including accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation, have a professional and courteous demeanor, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. At least two years experience using QuickBooks and Excel is a MUST. An associate’s degree is a plus, but not required.
