Boulo Solutions is partnering with a client in Moody, AL looking to hire an E-commerce Seller Central & 3P Account Manager  to join a growing company expanding it's ecommerce sales.  As the Level 3 E-commerce Seller Central & 3P Account Manager, your main goal is to reach set sales targets across various third-party marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon's Seller Central platform. Accomplishing this will include strategic revenue planning, profitability optimization, and operational alignment.

  • Sales Performance: Oversee all sales on third-party marketplaces, particularly Amazon Seller Central, ensuring profitability to exceed the revenue and margin targets by year’s end.
  • Growth Strategies: Expand to new customers. Devise, implement, and report on the strategies to achieve the revenue goal.
  • Operational Performance: Be the main contact responsible for all operational and accounting performance on the account. Ensure orders are being fulfilled according to the performance standards, delivery timeliness, and lowest possible damage rates.
  • Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in the operations portal, generating reports on metrics like damage rates and inventory turnover to facilitate informed decision-making and proactive issue resolution.
  •  Inventory Levels: Ensure purchasing supplies an appropriate product mix and inventory level to align with margin-compliant sales history.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports and future-oriented strategies for quarterly progress meetings of the e-commerce department.

Requirements :

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in running an Amazon based business. With direct experience in managing Amazon’s FBA.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strong analytical abilities.
  • Growth Mindset: Read and implement Carol D. Dweck’s book “Growth Mindset” into the position and culture of the department.
