Boulo is recruiting for a PART-TIME and FULLY REMOTE Enterprise AI Software Client Services Manager for our client, the world's smartest electric utility vegetation management firm combining Satellite and LiDAR imagery utilizing AI software to address power outages with utility companies. 

Employment type: Part-time, 10 hrs per week starting August 1st with room for additional hours in the fall
Flexibility: Fully Remote with Flexible Work Hours   
Pay: $27 – $32 per hour 

Electric utilities face a significant challenge with 92% of power outages caused by vegetation, making vegetation management the most substantial cost item for every electricity utility company. Our client addresses this problem by reducing costs and enhancing safety, creating unique value solutions for multiple stakeholders, including the field crews, supervisors, finance teams and the board members.

The Enterprise AI Software Client Services Manager should have experience supporting enterprise customers with AI software; experience dealing with municipalities and/or utility customers is a plus. 

Responsibilities of the Enterprise AI Software Client Services Manager: 

  • Onboarding new customers and providing them with the necessary training and support to successfully implement and use the company's software and services.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions especially during onboarding to ensure deliverables have been met and ongoing customer satisfaction. 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer success.
  • Monitoring customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement during onboarding and beyond.
  • Providing customers with valuable insights, best practices, and resources to help them maximize the value they receive from the company's products or services.
  • Overall, the goal of a customer success manager is to help customers achieve their desired outcomes, drive retention and loyalty, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and success.
