Boulo Solutions is partnering with a client looking to hire a Key Account Manager with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in our order fulfillment process. Responsibilities include managing heavy Amazon order volumes on Mondays and Wednesdays and servicing the growth and expansion of customer accounts within a specific bracket. This position is for individuals that seize opportunities for growth and ensure we deliver on our mission of making every company experience a delight. This position is a Level 1 position with opportunity for growth.

Pay: $22.50 plus monthly bonus

· Ensures customer account satisfaction through web portals, mainly Amazon Vendor Central

· Establish and maintain a point of contact for assigned accounts.

· Ensure accounts have up to date costing.

· Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data to bolster continuous improvement.

· Coordinate with accounting for full account payments.

· Update business agreements for favorable terms.

· Establish special promotions with individual customers to boost sales.

· Develop new eCommerce business accounts and form partnerships to maintain quality relationships.

· Coordinate with purchasing team when products are out of stock.

· Coordinate with Operations and CX with products when necessary, with returns, etc.

· Maintains company integrity through consistent follow-up, accountability, and accurate data.


· College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

· Experience with Microsoft Office – (SQL and Tableau a plus)

· Intelligent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Fast-paced work ethic
