Boulo is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Attorney for our client, a growing personal injury firm located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Litigation Attorney will handle auto liability, premises liability, and commercial claims.

Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 per year plus commission structure
Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney position
- Exercising management responsibilities to oversee paralegals and legal assistants
- Working closely with leadership and other staff
- Determining case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
- Providing egal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
- Getting the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
- Performing research, and drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Arguing motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
Requirements for the Litigation Attorney position
- 3+ years of Personal Injury trial experience
- Proficiency in writing, research and negotiation
- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- Must be a member of your local bar association – active member preferred
- Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
