Job Description:

TPD Architect is seeking a part time office manager/bookkeeper to join the team.

Office Responsibilities:

·        Setting up and maintaining client and project files.

·        Coordinating team calendars

·        General client correspondence

·        Coordinating office events, including lunch and learns.

·        Track renewals for business licenses and insurance

·        Maintain office equipment and supplies

Bookkeeping

·        Monthly reconciliation reports

·        Payroll submissions

·        Sales tax submissions

·        Client invoicing

·        Interiors Procurement Invoicing

Marketing Coordination:

·        Holiday and Mother’s Day correspondence and gifts

·        Client gifts and outreach

·        Maintaining CRM and helping with proposals

·        Coordinating with photographers for project shoots

·        Maintain awards submission calendar

Location: Birmingham, job.Address.State

Compensation: $20 – $25
