PART-TIME | REMOTE
Boulo is recruiting a Part-Time and fully Remote PT Device Coordinator for our client, a Birmingham-based distributor of cutting-edge therapeutic equipment designed to support patients in their physical recovery journey. Our client partners with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive timely access to high-quality recovery solutions.
Employment Type: Part Time, 10-30 hours per week
Flexibility: Fully Remote and Flexible Work House
Pay: Commissions paid per device coordinated
The PT Device Coordinator is responsible for managing the full order cycle from patient support to equipment return, ensuring each step is completed accurately and efficiently. This role is essential to delivering on-time equipment to patients, coordinating logistics, and communicating professionally and empathetically with patients and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment, managing multiple tasks with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and enter orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete
- Send pre-set text templates and communicate consistently with patients regarding order details and machine return timelines
- Make calls to secure payment details and coordinate payments as needed
- Work with patients and care providers to arrange machine returns or extension requests
- Use software tools, including Notion, Zapier, and Docusign, to streamline processes and maintain organized records
- Troubleshoot and manage any unexpected issues or changes (e.g., last-minute orders, surgery schedule changes)
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, extroverted, and comfortable handling time-sensitive requests and fast-paced work
- Proficiency with digital tools like Notion, Zapier, Docusign, and similar platforms (training provided if needed)
- A quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service orientation
- Ability to make mature decisions independently and follow through on processes reliably
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or healthcare support is a plus
