Boulo Solutions is partnering with a growing retail apparel and fashion company looking to hire a detail oriented financial analyst to join their Alabama based team. The ideal candidate. will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role will support multiple Brands within the portfolio. Salary: $75-80k
Hours: 8-5
Location: Work from home but travel to Auburn, AL for key meetings will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance, profitability, and financial health.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to ensure financial goals are met.
- Analyze sales data and forecast future revenue based on traffic, conversion, and AOV trends)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Assist in developing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Corporate headquarters are located in Opelika Alabama with travel required to this location.
- Ideal candidate will be based in Auburn, Atlanta or Birmingham due to possible hybrid locations.
