The Talent Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies to support business growth. This includes overseeing workforce planning, career progression, leadership development, learning and development, performance management, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Planning – Create and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Workforce Planning – Forecast workforce needs, design acquisition strategies, and address workforce gaps.
- Talent Acquisition (Future) – Plan and implement strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Career Progression – Design career growth paths and promote advancement opportunities.
- Leadership Development & Succession Planning – Develop leadership programs and manage succession planning.
- Learning & Development – Lead training programs and foster continuous learning.
- Performance Management & Goal Setting – Oversee performance reviews, set goals, and guide managers.
- Total Compensation – Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, leadership development, and compensation.
- Ability to manage and implement learning and performance strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
