Business Development / Sales Representative
Location: Atlanta, Birmingham or Washington DC
Travel: 20–30% overnight travel for client visits
Compensation: $85,000 – $135,000
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Boulo is recruiting a Business Development Representative for our client, a leading provider of advanced architectural security solutions committed to combining safety, functionality, and design in government and commercial construction. They deliver innovative products that protect people and assets while maintaining architectural integrity, serving clients across multiple industries with a focus on quality and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and owners
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development/sales experience (security or related industry preferred)
- Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
