Are you looking for a detail-oriented behind the scenes role, where you can make a an impact on a company? We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Accounts Representative – Ecommerce to manage Wayfair order flow, oversee reverse logistics, and drive credit recovery efforts. This role also includes cross-training on Amazon order fulfillment to provide support when needed. If you enjoy solving problems, managing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you!

Hours: 8-5pm for training then more flexible after that
Location: Moody, AL 
Hourly Rate: $22.26/hour

Key Responsibilities

Wayfair Account Management

· Answer Wayfair questions regarding orders through their vendor portal and calls and coordinate returns.

· Work closely with Operations and Reverse Logistics Team to manage inbound returns and ensure proper documentation.

· Identify trends in return reasons and suggest process improvements to minimize future occurrences.

· Investigate chargebacks, shipping disputes, and deduction claims from Wayfair.

· Partner with the Accounting Team to reconcile credits and secure appropriate reimbursements.

· Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery.

Amazon Order Fulfillment (Cross-Training)

· Learn the Amazon fulfillment process including Vendor Central navigation, order processing, and workflows.

· Provide backup support to the Amazon team during peak periods or absences.

General Account Support

· Assist Account Manager when needed, in managing smaller, independent eCommerce accounts through direct communication and portal access.

· Uphold company standards through proactive communication, data accuracy, and timely follow-through.

Qualifications & Skills

· High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, logistics, or account management preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus).

· Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking and analytical skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and able to prioritize.

· Customer-first mindset with a strong attention to detail.
