Boulo Solutions is partnering with a woman owned financial planning firm searching for a part time administrative assistant to support the Founder. If you are looking for a 10 hour a week position and excel in administrative tasks and enjoy helping others, this could be a great fit for you. 

Job Duties

  • Help plan any events (usually 1-2 a year; on the simple side)
  • Coordinate annual client gifts
  • Initially more project-based work, like
    • Reviewing and organizing client files
    • Making sure things are filed for compliance
    • Outline and refine processes and procedures
  • Help with client meeting prep
  • Onboarding clients – paperwork, client portal
  • Eventually this person could
    • Handle client service requests (send money, etc)
    • Possibly handle lead calls and filter through appropriate funnels.
  • If they wanted to grow in the role, there will likely be the opportunity to do so – sit in on meetings, be more client facing

Hours: 10 hrs/week guaranteed. 3-4 hours per day, 3 days a week (Monday is a must day but other days flexible) 
Hourly Rate: $25/hour
* Standing weekly call on Mondays to review things from the week. Can work from home.
