FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE
Boulo is partnering with a wealth advising firm in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to improve productivity of client support and office operations.
Salary: $50-55k
Benefits: 7 paid Holidays, 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 401k plan 4% match.BCBS Health/Dental/Vision with employee paid premiums through Cafeteria/125 plan using pretax money.
Hours: 8-5pm
Duties including, but not limited to:
1. Primary – you will be the primary support and coordinator for the following areas
a. Company 1st Contact for Clients
b. Answer and route income calls
c. Office Presence – you will be first in line to greet and coordinate client visits to the office
d. You must ensure that the office always has Company 1st Contact- if you are not there for any reason you must coordinate with manager.
2. Client Support and activity coordination – working with Manager and Advisors to;
- Client service paperwork.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Calling and emailing clients when necessary to coordinate meeting and get answers and provide superior client support. .
- Mailing birthday/special occasion cards.
- Meeting packet prep for advisors.
- Getting meeting room ready for client meetings.
- Mailing private investments distributions.
- Mailing quarterly performance reports.
- Client Portal set up for new clients and maintenance.
- Marketing activity support and coordination.
- Answering the phones/handling calls.
3. Administration and Operation Activity Support and Coordination
- Billing back up.
- Correspondence of all sorts, email, Sorting mail, outgoing and incoming packages
- Follow up with custodians.
- Maintain inventory- as approved Office supply orders.
- Running errands/ ordering and picking up lunch when needed.
