Boulo Solutions is sourcing candidates for a Commercial Real Estate firm in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Property Manager to join their team. The role involves managing 15-20 retail and office buildings across the southeast. Salary is based on experience.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial reporting of properties including budget control and maintenance requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality customer service to all Tenants
- Work order implementation
- Vendor & contract management
- Site visits & inspections
- Accounts Receivable Correspondence and Collection
- General Tenant Correspondence
- New Tenant Onboarding
- Variance / Financial Reporting
- Meetings with Owners/Clients
- Annual Operating and Capital Budgets
- Property Transitions
- Manage Capital Improvement and Tenant Improvement Projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate, finance, accounting or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience with commercial properties
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret real estate terms, principals, and documents
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal personnel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive, responsive and resourceful
