Boulo is actively recruiting for a dynamic Customer Relations Representative in the Insurance industry in Atlanta to join our client, a well-established insurance leader.
The ideal candidate has practical work experience as an outstanding performer and team player in Customer Service.
A current insurance license is preferred, not required.
Our client is a growing agency in Atlanta (30326) with big dreams and lots of potential. We attribute our success to having a fun, energetic environment that is an enjoyable place to work. Our team is comprised of results-oriented individuals that are serious about their development.
About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 42 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
As a Customer Relations Representative you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
