Boulo Solutions is partnering with NelBran Glass, a Birmingham/Decatur/Madison/Huntsville based commercial glass contractor, looking to hire a Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team to work out of their Madison, AL office. This is a great niche construction field with excellent upside in responsibility and earnings potential. If you have 2-4 years at least of construction project management experience please apply!
Salary: $70-100k plus bonus
Hours: 7:30-4:30 (flexible)

This position requires collaboration with general contractors to define scope and estimate materials and labor to install storefront and glass curtain walls in new and renovated commercial buildings. Responsible for overall project management from submittals to materials purchasing. Our fabricators, field superintendents and field team are responsible for executing the job in the field.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years commercial construction experience. A 2 or 4 year construction management or engineering degree is desirable, but not a requirement. Understanding and knowledge of commercial glass systems is a plus but not a requirement. Estimating and project management in many construction fields are applicable.
