Boulo is recruiting an Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client, a leading non-profit provider of behavioral health and educational services. This role is essential in ensuring efficient operations and high-level administrative coordination across the organization.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000 – $72,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize scheduling requests, and proactively troubleshoot conflicts.
  • Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors: coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, compile materials, and record minutes in compliance with organizational bylaws.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, correspondence, contact management, and expense reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, managing highly confidential matters with discretion.
  • Keep the CEO informed of key developments and upcoming responsibilities; anticipate needs and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate executive team meetings, retreats, and organizational events.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and internal teams, reinforcing trust and alignment across leadership.
  • Support outreach efforts and maintain follow-ups with key contacts and partners.
  • Oversee office operations and assist in developing policies, procedures, and vendor relationships to enhance workflow.
  • Manage internal information systems, including hardware, software, desktop support, and strategic planning, in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years in an executive support role, including 3 years of supervisory experience 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information and operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
