Boulo Solutions has a client in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Healthcare Accountant to join their growing team. If you have healthcare accounting experience (including billing and claims experience) and want to make your mark at a rapidly growing company, we would like to talk to you!

Benefits: $500 per month stipend towards various plans offered, generous PTO, short term disability, life insurance, dental, vision, cancer and long term insurance, 401k after 90 days and after a year will contribute dollar for dollar for first 4%.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
– Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger
– Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
– Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
– Utilize financial software to record and process expenditures, receipts, payroll, and other financial transactions
– Support corporate accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
– Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP
– Familiarity with financial software such as Sage or QuickBooks
– Strong understanding of tax regulations and payroll procedures (a plus)
-Previous healthcare experience including billing and claims.
– Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
