PART-TIME CONTRACT | REMOTE
Boulo is recruiting a fully remote and part-time Project Support Coordinator to join our client's Digital Agency. This position is fully remote but the preference is for candidates to reside in EST zone.
Employment Type: Part-Time, estimated 10-15 hours weekly
Pay: $30-35 hourly, depending on experience
Flexibility: Fully remote in CST or EST zone
Our client is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to help keep their digital agency operations and client projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Track and update tasks and deadlines using ClickUp
- Assist with weekly team meetings when available by taking notes and following up on action items
- Maintain and update internal documentation and checklists
- Coordinate with virtual assistants and contractors to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Monitor shared client inboxes (Teamwork Desk) and flag/respond to basic client needs
- Help follow up on deliverables after meetings or updates
- Set up and test basic email campaigns in tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact (training provided)
- Conduct light research to support campaign planning
- Assist with minor updates in tools like Canva, Google Docs, and HighLevel CRM (training provided)
- QA websites and emails for accuracy before launch (check links, typos, etc.)

- Have experience supporting a marketing, creative, or tech team (preferred but not required)
