Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for creating and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting our recruitment solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a self-motivated, results driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting people and winning new clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, multi-threading, digital outreach and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in various industries.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ hiring challenges and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our services to potential clients, highlighting our unique approach and track record of success.
  • Negotiate fees and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to communicate its value to potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn and other sales tools.
