PART-TIME | REMOTE 

Boulo is partnering with a software company that specializes in all aspect of gym management that is looking to hire a part time Sales Development Representative to join their team. If you have 2 years of BDR/SDR experience, are a go getter and are looking for part time work, we would love to talk to you! 

Hours: M-F, 4 hours a day preferable during School hours, EST or CST time zones
Pay: $25-26/hour plus commission for appointments booked and deals closed

As our Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for the development and management of pipeline opportunity from initiating contact to setting the appointment for the team to close the deal.  You will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads, while maintaining consistent communication on next steps to set appointments as you manage a healthy pipeline. 

What you'll be responsible for… 

  • Outbound Communication. Maintain and develop a repeatable process to nurture opportunity for sales. 
  • Marketing Vision. Satisfy the needs and demands of marketing to deliver and distribute marketing material to the entire industry. You will have the ability to provide ideas that contribute to various facets of revenue growth.
  • Database Management. Constant maintenance and additions to the CRM database. Make sure you are seeking, qualifying and adding new leads to the CRM.
  • Know the industry while you sell. Consistent enhancement of your knowledge and market evaluation of technology trends 
  • Product understanding. Learn the product quickly and saturate yourself with its capabilities.

Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience with a proven track record of business development with at least 2 years of business development experience. 
  • Experience in a B2B complex sale required, software sales is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Ability to prospect within a relationship driven opportunity
  • Set tasks for yourself within the lead cycle management process, then execute them to see the lead through to the next step of the process.
