Boulo Solutions is partnering with a commercial glass company in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Service Department Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in construction or the commercial service industry, or recent graduate w/ applicable degree. Some experience with glass would be ideal. Experience could be field related, estimating, project management, customer service, or a combination of all the above.
Primary knowledge, skills and responsibilities include:
- Great customer service skills from initial contact through estimating, purchasing and scheduling.
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Fluid communication with customers, vendors and field personnel.
- Help facilitate installation coordination with field technicians.
