Boulo is proud to promote National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) scholarship and training opportunities to our Boulo members. NCWIT’s certification opportunities occur in non-traditional ways (remote, evening hours, self-paced, etc.). These hours enable those needing flexibility, such as caretakers, to participate in the program.

“NCWIT’s programming is integral to affecting generational change for women in our state by offering them free education in a career space that has endless opportunity. With more than 2M women expected to leave the workforce during COVID, giving our women access to a career that can largely be done remotely, with very competitive salaries, is a game-changer for those who want a more stable career.” Delphine Carter, Boulo Founder & CEO

How AI And Skills Data Are Changing Workforce Planning

Workforce planning is undergoing a seismic shift. Traditional models that relied on headcount forecasts and static job descriptions can’t keep pace with constant disruption and rapidly evolving skills requirements. Today, artificial intelligence (AI) and skills data are transforming workforce planning into a dynamic, real-time discipline—helping leaders identify gaps, redeploy talent, and build more agile teams. By moving from roles to skills, organizations gain the insight to hire smarter, upskill efficiently, and prepare for the future of work with confidence.
