Boulo Solutions is partnering with a Birmingham based program management and consulting firm dedicated to helping clients navigate the nuances of various projects, hire a 16 hour a week Accounting Support Specialist to join their team. If you have basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge and want to work a flexible schedule 2-3 days per week, this could be a great fit for you!

Hours: 16 hours a week (Tues,Wed,Th school hours or Tues/Th 8-5)
Location: In Office on Southside 
Pay: $25-27/hour

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Digital filing
  • Vendor invoice entry and light AR/AP
  • Monthly financial information reconciliations and explanations
  • Problem solving and research

Requirements

  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping
  • Administrative experience 
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Excel required
  • Quickbooks experience a plus
