Ideal Candidate:

  • One Roof’s culture is deeply rooted in the pursuit of equity within our agency, for our stakeholders, and throughout our entire sphere of influence. We believe that everyone in our community will be healthier, happier and safer when all people have the housing and services that they need.
  • We seek out true diversity on our team and we honor and respect each team member’s experiences, whether those were gained from survival on the streets, attaining advanced degrees, or collecting random bits of Pokémon, anime and movie trivia. We expect true collaboration and cooperation involving every single person on this team during policy, procedure and program development because we rely on that diversity of knowledge and experience to achieve our mission.
  • We are data driven without ever forgetting that for each data point there is an individual or a family in desperate circumstances.
  • We believe that family is first, whether family members have two legs, four legs or wings, but we probably draw the line on six legs or more (spiders generally not welcome). Atmosphere and dress are relaxed and comfortable but our interactions with others are always intentional, professional and mission driven.
  • We are looking for someone who “fits,” who believes in social justice and is willing to work hard to get it. Are you innovative, connected, flexible? Did you see your dream environment described above? If the answer to all of these things is a resounding YES, please apply!
