Boulo Solutions is partnering with The Chalker Group in Birmingham, AL that works with corporations and institutions to enhance and strengthen their recruiting and retention programs. Our team of recruiters has worked for a decade to create personalized experiences for top talent considering Birmingham. We are expanding these efforts to the Huntsville area and are seeking individuals to spearhead this expansion. The recruiter’s job is to work with the candidate and their family to identify points of connection in the community so that they can envision Huntsville as home.
Employment Type: Part-Time (5-10 hours per week, more on front end as establishing new area)
Flexibility: Remote, some weekends
Pay: $40/hour weekdays, $50/hour weekends.
Responsibilities:
-Create a network of community resources to aid in recruitment. This involves contacting and forming relationships with key institutions and individuals in Huntsville that would enhance a recruit’s visit.
-Attend team meetings and trainings. Initial onboarding would involve shadowing recruitments in the Birmingham area.
-Manage start to finish recruit experience
-Interview recruit, and when applicable their family, to understand their priorities
-Research and share resources with recruit and family
-Plan personalized visit for recruit and family
-Execute personalized visit; can be over several days and on weekends; includes driving in your personal car
-Write summary of visit
-Manage follow up communications
-Adhere to confidentiality requirements
Skills:
-Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Must be detail-oriented, as we have a very short amount of time to create an impression
-Ability to research and identify resources in Huntsville
-Must be team-oriented
-Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, content management system (database)

-Personal computer required
