Boulo Solutions is partnering with a Kansas City, MO company looking to hire Senior Sales Rep (Payer Upsell) to join their team. Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote or Hybrid if live in Kansas City, Orlando, Des Moines or Dublin, OH.
Pay: $150,000k plus commission up to same salary base.

The Senior Sales Rep is responsible for building relationships within our Payer book of business and identifying and executing upsell opportunities.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare Payer space (a must!) 
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• Strong relationship building skills with an ability to persuade others
•Presentation skills for executives for Payer clients 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deliver on an objective effectively
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Ensures that solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

• Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in Payer Sales

 • Develops and executes market strategies within our Payer business, coordinating and completing assigned RFP/RFI responses, etc.
• Develops and executes individual client sales strategies to cultivate key opportunities for growth
• Negotiates pricing with clients to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manages the contracting process to ensure that contracts get loaded in a timely manner, contracts are back dated correctly, integrity of the contract is maintained, etc.
• Communicates with client leadership and key stakeholders to determine growth potential within their business in order to customize sales opportunities
